3800 54th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33711
Eastcoast Concrete embarked on a monumental endeavor with the St. Pete project, partnering with TLC Diversified and Haskell to undertake a massive expansion of the St. Petersburg wastewater treatment facility. The project encompassed the construction of a chlorine contact tank and basin, vital components essential for optimizing the facility's operations and capacity.
The project presented several challenges, including the need to coordinate with multiple partners and stakeholders to align timelines and schedules for other concurrent construction activities. Furthermore, retrofitting existing infrastructure to accommodate the expansion of the chlorine contact basin added complexity to the project, requiring meticulous planning and execution to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations.

In addition to the primary structures, Eastcoast Concrete was tasked with constructing a myriad of supporting facilities, ranging from electrical buildings to walkways, to ensure seamless functionality and accessibility throughout the expanded facility.

Despite these obstacles, Eastcoast Concrete rose to the occasion, leveraging its expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence to deliver outstanding results. By coordinating effectively with partners and stakeholders and implementing innovative solutions to overcome challenges, the St. Pete project was completed successfully, meeting all objectives and specifications.
The project stands as a testament to Eastcoast Concrete's capabilities in tackling large-scale, complex projects and its unwavering dedication to delivering quality outcomes. Through effective collaboration and strategic planning, Eastcoast Concrete continues to play a pivotal role in enhancing critical infrastructure and serving the needs of communities across the region.
